Originally, Eric is from Los Angeles, CA. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Systems from the University of Washington, and is MCSE and MCSA Microsoft Certified Engineer. Eric has been involved in all areas of business IT for the past 25 years.

Ross Jensen
Ross originally from Lincoln, Nebraska. He graduated with a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Nebraska in Marketing. He has been helping small business in the Puget Sound with marketing and document output for the last 30 years.
